Rob earned an MBA in FInance from Boston University and an undergraduate degree from Hobart College.
Rob has a history of owning and managing his real estate portfolio and understands the importance of real estate and how it impacts business; from the planning, budgeting, finance and branding side of the equations.
Over his career he has worked with hundreds of companies to help them identify leasing solutions in support of their initiatives and brings the perspective that all business managers and owners value which is fully understanding the challenges and opportunities they are facing in making leasing decisions which will have a tremendous impact on their business.
Over the last three decades since forming Synergy Realty, Rob has expanded the boutique firm from a Tenant Representation firm into a Full Service brokerage firm by building the firms Agency leasing work across ownership's through out the Midtown South, Chelsea, and Flatiron submarkets of Manhattan.
Synergy is recognized as a hands-on partner to many ownership groups who the firm works closely with to achieve maximum rental values and help owners achieve credit worthy and stable, tenant rosters.
